3. Prices and Payment

Payment method: Cash on delivery (COD). You pay the courier upon receipt of the product. No advance payment is required.

An order is considered confirmed only after our operator has verified and confirmed it with you. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

We deliver to addresses within the Czech Republic, Hungary, Slovakia, and Slovenia. Delivery is free of charge to all covered territories.

Estimated delivery time is 2–3 business days from order confirmation. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and external factors beyond our control.

If you are not available to receive the delivery, the courier will attempt to contact you to arrange an alternative delivery time.

6. Right of Withdrawal (Returns)

As a consumer, you have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.

The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which you, or a third party other than the carrier and indicated by you, acquires physical possession of the goods.

7. Product Use and Safety

Cleorix is intended for adults and children from 6 years of age. The recommended dosage is 1 capsule twice daily after meals with sufficient water.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied and balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle.

Keep out of reach of children. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight.

Contraindications: Not suitable for children under 6 years, pregnant or breastfeeding women, or individuals with known allergies to any of the ingredients (calendula, black cumin, pumpkin seeds). Consult your doctor before use if you have serious liver disease or are taking anticoagulant medications.
